Training the rider out of the saddle has become a popular topic. Many riders are seeking Pilates exercises and or strength training exercises to improve their riding. The riding posture requires a strong core and Pilates will give you a stronger core. However, riding requires so many more skills than a Pilates routine can give you. Independent isolation of your body parts is a learned skill, Training your body to be symmetrical and synchronised is a learned skill. General exercises will help your riding but my Applied Posture Riding Program will teach you how to train yourself for horse riding.
